Marketing Hub

1. Updated Content Remix Homepage and Manage Screens

Accessing your remix templates and previous remixes is easier now with the updated Content Remix Home. The interface is more user-friendly and suggests previous works when creating new remixes.

2.HubSpot Home Page

HubSpot's homepage acts as a centralised resource for managing your work, with accessible links, flagged areas that need your attention, data-driven recommended actions and the option to provide feedback directly to HubSpot.

Unmatched insights: Having a generic homepage for marketers is a welcome addition as it aligns with the centralised format of workspaces such as Sales

Sales Hub

1.Sequence Enrolments via Workflow Now Use Contact Time Zone

Across marketing, sales and all departments where client interactions take place, it's crucial that your messaging is received at the right time. When you enroll contacts in sequences via workflows, HubSpot now considers the time zone of the contact being enrolled. 

To select this feature, head to either sequence or workflow settings.

Unmatched Insights:  The contact's time zone only applies to steps following the first action in the sequence

Who gets it: Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise, Service Hub Professional and Enterprise, and Professional and Enterprise Customer Platform.

 

2.Preview and Customize Quote Emails

Before sending quote emails to contacts you can preview and customise them. Then send them as direct emails or copy the link to send it separately. 

Unmatched insights: This is an effective way to speed up the process and get the quote over and signed.

Who gets it: Everyone

 

 

Service Hub

1.Rotate ticket owners based on user availability and balanced distribution

Within HubSpot there is already the option to rotate owners for ticket-based workflows; but this doesn't provide equal and correct assignment of tickets.

Instead, this has been updated to reflect the help desk ticket routing options, meaning you can select particular users and/or teams.

 

Unmatched Insights: It's worth being mindful that if a user is over their ticket capacity limit, they won't be included in the ticket rotation.

Who gets it: Ops Pro, Ops Enterprise, Service Pro, Service Enterprise

Smart CRM

1.Send from Outlook aliases

It's possible to now use your connected Microsoft aliases to send emails via your CRM setting.

Previously this had to be done within the Outlook app, including the bcc address and manually adding the alias to settings in order to log the email meaning it wasn't the most straight forward process...

To do this, disconnect your email and then reconnect it and you will have a similar view to the image above. It's important to note that you will have ten minutes to reconnect your email as any longer and HubSpot won't sync any emails during the disconnection. 

Unmatched Insights: This feature is great but we recommend not using it just yet as it relies on the beta version of Microsoft's Graph API which HubSpot has stated is inconsistent and can break. Hopefully Microsoft will develop this API further soon.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

1.OpenAI Integration for Custom AI-Powered Workflow Actions

Use your own Open-AI API key to drive your AI-action based workflows in HubSpot. This means more control over your AI actions and allows you to use external AI tools within HubSpot. 

If you're already paying for Open-AI, it makes it more cost-effective for businesses as you won't need to pay for Breeze credits to power these automations.

It will also be situated within your connected apps page making it manageable within HubSpot.

 

There are two options for actions in workflows:

 

  • Ask OpenAI – Generate AI responses using custom prompts and your CRM data

  • Ask OpenAI Assistant – Utilize your pre-configured OpenAI Assistants combined with your HubSpot data

 
 
Unmatched Insights: This is currently a very limited private beta, so keep an eye on it for when it opens up!
 
Who gets it: HubSpot are accepting a very limited number of Enterprise Marketing, Operations, Sales or Service customers into the private beta at this time.
 

2. AI Feedback Summaries

On tickets/contacts/companies/deals you can expect an AI-summary of general feedback from these objects.

This reduces manual time combing through responses and give you visible trendlines.

Unmatched insights: This is currently only applicable on a survey-by-survey basis but HubSpot are looking to develop this across all surveys as a whole

1.Property Control in Record Merges

When merging records you can select the specific properties you want to retain in the final record. This means further control when managing data and is available via the same route for merging records.

2.Enroll records in workflows from a CRM card

Within the CRM object record view, you can expect to see a new 'Enroll in Workflow' card which makes adding individual records to workflows easily actionable without leaving the page.

To access this, it will need to be added as a custom card to your default record view on the right-hand side.

 

Unmatched Insights: this is a restricted beta at the moment but access will open up later

Who gets it: Marketing Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Operations Pro, Operations Enterprise, Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise, Service Pro, Service Enterprise.

 

3. Video Remixing

Within the remix tool you can easily repurpose video content into fresh content via video remixing.

 You'll be able to create new video shorts, blogs, marketing emails, ads, social posts and even more!

 

Unmatched insights: Make sure to be specific with your objective to get the best assets out of the remixer.
