The Møller Institute at Churchill College is the University of Cambridge’s leadership development centre, the Institute combines Cambridge’s rich academic heritage with innovative approaches to leadership, strategy, and innovation.

The Møller Institute's existing system presented several key challenges that needed addressing:

  • Developing Sales Operations: The sales team was growing in numbers and the team were using HubSpot in a fragmented way, together with limited integration between their various pipelines and automation tools.
