Hattons Solicitors commissioned Unmatched to create a totally bespoke HubSpot portal, create multiple custom integrations and apps, and onboard their growing team to the platform.
The challenge
Like all law firms, Hatton's have a complex array of systems and teams with varying needs.
The new system needed to accept incoming leads from multiple sources, organise them and manage them, and then pass these leads in and out of the system multiple times to other third-party systems such as Gravitas and ProClaim. With 100,000s of clients, and millions of claims, our client needed a solution that was scalable and bespoke to them.
