The challenge

Like all law firms, Hatton's have a complex array of systems and teams with varying needs. 

The new system needed to accept incoming leads from multiple sources, organise them and manage them, and then pass these leads in and out of the system multiple times to other third-party systems such as Gravitas and ProClaim. With 100,000s of clients, and millions of claims, our client needed a solution that was scalable and bespoke to them.

We designed and built 3 custom apps to ensure smooth integration with data warehouses and other third-party legal systems. Built from the ground up, our team worked with our client to ensure data flows smoothly and quickly.

Process Mapping & System Build

Building a complex CRM system is often a minefield, which is why our team worked with our client to fully map out their process before even touching HubSpot. This is a crucial step and allowed for a smooth system build which now handles 10,000+ leads daily with ease.

HubSpot's default objects didn't quite match the data model our client was looking for, especially with multiple product lines. Their Enterprise subscription allowed us to build out two extra objects to handle their data, enabling efficient organisation of HubSpot for all departments.
