The challenge

Like most growing businesses, finding the right mixture of talent is difficult. Ecosulis have a talented, but small, team that needed additional HubSpot support to execute their campaigns.

Part of the challenge was improving the overall usability of HubSpot, as it was setup years ago and no longer matches their business processes. Aligning their marketing and sales teams around a connected platform was a key challenge for our engagement.

Audit & Process Mapping

We started by fully auditing their HubSpot portal and establishing any key areas for improvement. Next, we worked with the marketing and sales teams to remap all of their business processes into HubSpot. Lastly, we implemented the changes across the whole platform to improve efficiencies and CRM effectiveness.

Training Workshops

To ensure the whole team were fully up to speed with the new system, we conducted a series of training workshops. These workshops, around 2 hours long, allowed for bespoke training around the new system and troubleshooting as we went along. We also created documentation around the new processes too.

For Ecosulis's recent webinar series, we created a whole series of automated emails and processes that ensured effective communications around the online events. Our team utilised workflows with delays and static lists, to create a seamless customer journey for Ecosulis's clients.

Increasing engagement

We worked tirelessly with Ecosulis to look for opportunities to increase engagement across their growing database. 

Alongside their talented team, Unmatched have built 36 highly effective marketing emails that have delivered significant increases in engagement. Measured against the year before, we've increased open rates by 20% whilst sending 132% more emails. 

Unsubscribe rates also fell by 38%, showing our content was super engaging too.
