Marketing Hub

 

1. Instagram Direct Messaging in Social Inbox

Instagram direct messages can be easily replied to and managed within HubSpot's social tool, meaning less navigation needed across multiple apps.

 

Unmatched insights: If you already have Instagram connected to your HubSpot account, you may need to update the app's permissions. We like the fact that you can also easily create HubSpot contacts off the back of Instagram DMs!

2. Add Active Contact Lists to Campaigns

Campaigns are great for centralising all the related assets and allowing you to easily track progress and revenue. Often this will include active lists of contacts you want to target with your amazing campaign. Previously this wasn't allowed :( and only static lists made the cut (boooo hisss). That meant that in order to attrivute active lists with campaigns, you had to make a static list which was updated via a workflow - talk about going round the houses 💤

 

Anyway, now you can directly add active lists to campaign just as easily and without any of the previous faff. 

Unmatched Insights: Campaign reporting is super important in HubSpot as it's currently the only place that makes reporting on ROI clear. So ensuring all your assets are linked to the correct campaign is necessary for getting credit where credit's due without increasing your workload.

Sales Hub

1. Conversation-powered Deal Risks and Buyer Goals

 

Now AI within HubSpot is able to analyse phone and video call recordings to surface better deal risk insights and buyer goals within the right-hand panel of your deal view.

This means it's easier to flag to sales reps any concerns from the prospect earlier on in the sales process.

Unmatched insights: Clients frequently share crucial context or express concerns during calls—particularly around funding or business shifts—so capturing this information and making it instantly accessible empowers your sales reps to take informed action.

Who gets it:  This enhancement is available to all customers with Deal Insights enabled and call transcription turned on, and is included in the following subscriptions:

  • Sales Hub Professional
  • Sales Hub Enterprise

Note: To view and act on Deal Insights:

  • You must have an assigned Sales Hub seat
  • A Super Admin must grant you access to the Deals tab in the Sales Workspace

1. Today's Insights Card

Alongside custom reports, you can now expect a new daily insights card which surfaces key trends in your customer support on that day.

It also links directly to tickets mentioned so if it flags that you have 10 tickets not meeting their SLA agreement, you can easily view and take action on them.

 

Unmatched Insights: This will only be accessible for those using the Help Desk so ideal for any customer service managers wanting a quick overview of the day's work.

Who gets it: Users with a Service Professional or Enterprise seat.

2. AI Powered Landing Pages: Custom Templates

For custom landing page templates, you can now use a specific template instead of having to build out your own. This means a faster building process and better standardisation in terms of content across your landing pages.

Unmatched insights: A good time-saver for teams, meaning more focus on the content and less on the layout!

1. Integrate HubSpot with Gemini within Google Workspace

 

Within Google Workspace you can access HubSpot inside of Gemini AI meaning users can easily access HubSpot sales tools without being inside their HubSpot portal.

 

Unmatched insights: This integration also supports teams new to HubSpot who may prefer using Gemini, enabling them to take direct actions in HubSpot—like asking Gemini to create new contacts—without leaving their familiar workspace.

Who gets it: Available to all hubs and tiers (also requires submitting the opt-in form under product updates)

1.CRM Record Timeline Updates

A new updated CRM record timeline makes it easier to see the chronology of events on your CRM objects.

You can expect:

->More visible and clear cut activities on the timeline via the new icons

->Sticky header for easier filtering without having to scroll to the top

->Filter by engagement properties like the direction of emails, outcomes, status and priority

->Filter by  assignee and specific users

Unmatched Insights: This definitely gives a clearer and less disjointed view on what exactly is happening with a contact. The additional filtering options are great when troubleshooting!

Who gets it: All hubs and tiers

 

2. View All Properties on the Side Panel

Now when you click 'view all properties' on a record, you'll have a side panel pop up within your screen. That means no constant flipping between properties and no increasing amounts of smoke coming out of your ears...

 

Unmatched insights: Useful and indispensable - like a tin opener.

Who gets it: This feature is available across all HubSpot hubs and subscription tiers.

 

3. Drag and Drop Reports onto a Dashboard

Further adding to the UX hype is the ability to quickly drag and drop reports onto the dashboard you're working on.

 

No longer will you need to journey from dashboard to library on your quest to build the perfect dashboard. Save your legs and just click the new side panel.

Unmatched insights: So useful and means you don't end up cloning reports when you can't quite remember if it's been added yet or not. Oh also it won't be halfway down the page!

Who gets it: All hubs and tiers
