1.'Ask Breeze' action in workflows

AI is now available within the workflows tool. Just head to the action panel and select 'Ask Breeze', then feed it the prompt - the clearer the better-and see what it produces. 

 

Unmatched Insights: As with all AI features, make sure to review your content and tweak the brief as required.

Who gets it: Marketing Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Ops Pro, Ops Enterprise, Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise, Service Pro, Service Enterprise

 

2. Edit or delete Campaign UTM values

Campaign utm values can be manually edited and/or removed, meaning you can ensure that campaigns are tracking accurate and relevant information to your campaigns.

Just hover over the utm property you want to edit and click the pencil then make sure to save!

 

Unmatched Insights: Only secondary Campaign UTM values can be deleted. To remove the default Campaign UTM value, first update it with a new value, then delete the previous one.

REMEMBER: Deleting UTM values is permanent and future traffic associated with that utm will no longer be tracked 

Who gets it: The Campaigns tool is available for Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise users.

1.Tasks in the Sales Workspace

Effortlessly handle all your HubSpot tasks right from the Sales Workspace. You can search, sort, and arrange everything without leaving your focus.

Look for the 'Tasks' tab within your Sales Workspace to access this.

Unmatched insights: Keeping all tools within the same sales area reduces navigation time and minimises distractions.

Who gets it:  Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise customers.

 

2.Sales Performance Workspace

A unified workspace crafted for Sales Managers to oversee team performance, set and track objectives, and pinpoint coaching opportunities. It features two primary components: a Summary tab offering AI-driven insights and a My Team tab showcasing individual performance metrics.

Unmatched Insights: Helps provide readily accessible team insights and overall view of goal progression. If you can't see it, you may need this enabled in your permissions!

Who gets it: Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise users with a Sales Seat.

 

3.Line Item Revenue Reports

A fresh reporting capability that evaluates revenue by examining line items in deals, using billing start dates rather than deal close dates for determining revenue timing.

To view the new reports, go to Reports > Sales Analytics > Forecast & Revenue.

Unmatched Insights: The recurring revenue reports evenly distribute recurring line items across the period between their billing start date and billing end date.

Who gets it: Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise users

1. Reply to Any email message in Help Desk and Conversations Inbox

Previously, you could only reply to the latest message in a service desk thread, but now HubSpot lets you select any message to respond to.

This means conversations can flow more fluidly and helps preserve context, especially when there are multiple discussions going on. 

 

Unmatched Insights: This is a time-saving update that will help avoid you having to keep referring to previous messages later on in the thread.

1.Schedule automatic exchange rate updates

With exchange rates often fluctuating, making sure to go into your HubSpot portal and update it can be a massive pain and also may make your reporting inaccurate as it's dependent on human intervention. 

To rectify this, there is the option to ensure your account currencies are scheduled to update automatically.

 

Go to your currency settings and tick the box for 'schedule automatic exchange rates' and this will update if needed on the first of the month depending on your frequency selected.

Unmatched Insights: Your closed deals won't keep updating the exchange rate after the time of closure!

1.Breeze 'Summarize record' workflow action

Head to add an action and select the 'plus' icon and then in the AI section choose 'summarize record'. Then select the record you want summarised and it will produce an output which can then be used for subsequent workflow actions such as sending notifications with summaries in them to the respective team members.

Unmatched Insights: Great for sending quick summaries in notifications e.g. billing details
