All user properties listed under the record owner can now be used as personalisation tokens within marketing emails.
Select your text, click 'personalise' and then select the object type, then the object owner and finally the required property.

The ability to use more than one email signature has always been necessary for users working within more than one branch of a brand. Instead of manually changing it or having your user using multiple HubSpot logins, you can now simply manage your signatures under settings->general->email->manage signatures.
You will have a global default signature which it will default to when there is no specified one. Additionally HubSpot have mentioned
"When using bulk or automated sequence enrollment, the account level default signature of the From address will be used."
Unmatched Insights: This is a really easy win for HubSpot because it's a feature we've had numerous customers asking for. It's nice to see that they do listen to user feedback.

You can now expect a wealth of valuable insights into your service desk behavioural patterns via the new set of help desk reports.
This means ensuring your customers are receiving the right support when they reach out to your service desk and ensuring visibility on incoming tickets and workloads for your service team.
Find these reports under the service analytics tab or create them as custom reports if you fancy!

Roll back time on your data with just a few clicks.
HubSpot's new "Restore from Data Backup" tool empowers super admins to easily revert CRM property values to a previous state without the hassle of importing old files. This feature supports critical objects like contacts, companies, deals, tickets, products, calls, and tasks, ensuring your data is always recoverable. Accessible via Settings > Backup > Restore Data, admins can restore data within a 14-day window from backup creation. Rest assured, only updated property values are overwritten, while new or deleted records remain untouched.
Knowing that when data is overwritten it's not gone for good is just fabulous. It's just one less thing to worry about.
This update is a must-have for admins and teams that rely on pristine data management, particularly during system changes or unexpected data issues.
Who gets it: All paid Hubs and Editions.
As the superstar of INBOUND 2024, HubSpot's Breeze AI technology is becoming even more embedded as an easily accessible feature within the platform.
It is now possible to have Breeze's Copilot feature open whilst you are on a call, meaning less time spent writing your follow up and more time getting answers quickly to help support your conversation with the client and keep the energy flowing.
To access this feature, just select the Copilot button in the call window pop-up and it will have access to the ongoing transcript in real-time.
Unmatched Insights: It will be interesting to see how accurate this feature is as it would help save a lot of time with meeting follow-ups in particular, which are an important step that can be very time consuming

AI is being implemented within the reporting tool to deepen your understanding of trends based on your own historic data.
To add any predictive trend lines, head to the dropdown and select the type you want on the report. The trend line will show a 20% extension past the current historical data. Lastly, as with all AI it is only as useful as the quantity and quality of information it is fed, so ensure your data input is accurate and relevant.
Unmatched Insights: Reporting as a tool is an easy win for AI as data can be easier to grasp than say pinpointing the tone of voice of your brand. By looking at past performances, this can provide marketers with a guideline for progress and help manage expectations.
