From upgrades to AI to subtle, but powerful, improvements across the whole platform, HubSpot have made some serious upgrades for all users.
We've kept these under lock and key...

Here's what's in store...
HubSpot’s new Breeze AI is designed to elevate productivity and creativity by seamlessly integrating AI-driven assistance across the entire platform, empowering users to work smarter and faster at every stage of their customer journey.
What is HubSpot Breeze?
What once was 'ChatSpot', the previous AI assistant, has now been updated to 'Breeze Copilot'. This updated version has the upper-hand as it's now ' context aware', meaning it's going to be thinking about which HubSpot tool you are using when you ask for help from it. Working with you everywhere within HubSpot.
For example, when you're wanting insights into your data, it's going to offer a different approach than when you're trying to summarise a record. All-in-all, this means greater efficiency and a frictionless approach to your daily tasks.

This is particularly useful when you don't have the time to search for particular information as your Copilot will fetch the relevant details for you. Much more efficient for sales and everyday users.

Summary
When you're busy working on ongoing deals and looking after your existing database, prospecting can often become a dangerously neglected task as there is no guaranteed return for the fruits of your labour. That's where the new Prospecting Agent comes puts the wheels in motion for future business. There are also varying levels of automation available for this feature, depending on how much control you want over your outreach.

We'd recommend using the Agent to automatically prepare outreach material and then requiring a human to give the final amends and thumbs up, this will give the new system some nice guardrails.

It's a triple-threat! One of the best updates of Inbound, without a doubt.
Breeze Intelligence helps you by supplementing your existing data and fleshing it out with further relevant and trusted data points. It also analyses the behaviour of contacts to evaluate the buyer intent. Then it goes one step further and makes the initial form conversion process shorter.
Summary
Not only does this give you a more complete view of your records with the right and relevant contextual information; it also gives this enrichment in real-time.

This credit-based system will really enhance your portal, and it's pretty good value as well at $150 per month for up to 1,000 enriched records, and it scales from there too.
I'd recommend testing it first with a smaller plan, to be sure it gives you the info you need to grow.

HubSpot Breeze does this through a combination of: reverse-IP, enrichment data and your preexisting HubSpot Smart CRM data. All resulting in those irreplaceable insights into your targets.

Summary
Breeze's auto-enrichment automatically stores known smart data on the required fields within forms. This means less fields filled out by the contact and a more pleasant user experience.

Any form fields filled out via the auto-enrichment will be flagged, so you never have to worry about not knowing where it's being sourced from.
This update is by far the best one for the Breeze Intelligence, it will dramatically improve the customer experience on your conversion points.

Conventional approaches like SEO and social media aren't cutting it any more. Couple this with a lack of time, overwhelming tech stack and you're left with stressed marketers who can't produce the high-quality content necessary to attract high-quality leads.
HubSpot now incorporates short form video publishing, which is notable as this channel created the highest rate of conversions over the last two years. By adding this feature, Youtube and Instagram videos can now be easily managed in one platform. Youtube publishing via HubSpot also now has the ability to manage comments, allowing marketers to nurture those quality leads in real time.
To further help marketers develop high-caliber leads, there have been many changes announced regarding forms. Forms can now be 'multi-step' meaning that all the necessary data points are being captured without the need for further form submissions from the lead. Additional friction is removed via 'form shortening' which uses preexisting data within your CRM and Breeze enrichment to do this work for the lead, resulting in higher conversion rates.
From a technological standpoint, first-party data is now shared with ad networks through cookies. This data is then sent to Google to optimize bidding strategies in a compliant manner. This means Google enhanced conversions with the assurance of compliance.
Lastly, the customer experience of subscriptions has been improved to include the option for personalised preference pages for different contact segments, meaning leads will see subscription options based on their lifecycle phase. Through increased relevancy of subscription content and options, HubSpot is supporting marketers by reducing the rate of 'unsubscribe all' actions and overall churn.
Summary
To overcome these, HubSpot have issued a host of tools to arm today's marketers. These focus on centralizing marketing efforts, data enhancement and AI prompting.
These enhancements will be great for preexisting and new leads. The subscription personalisation helps long-term engagement for leads with a longer sales process and the multi-step forms with data enrichment means higher rates of data capture for new records.
Quality content takes time to create. This is where small and medium-sized businesses can easily be overshadowed by larger competitors with the time and resources to hand to churn out multiple assets for multiple channels and formats. HubSpot wants to even the playing field through AI assistance, aiming to get the initial momentum going on the content-creation machine.
Often, potential prospects will look at your previous work to see how you've helped previous clients. With Content Hub Pro, you can now streamline this content, cross-reference the study with CRM data and provide high-level professionals with the figures they want to see. This saves smaller teams the time used to research previous work and finding the evidence to support their claims. Once it's up on your website, you can fine tune your writing, but it's important to have that initial engaging overview on there.
Likewise, podcasts are now better supported within HubSpot. Much of the research and background prep-work can be readily available via the auto-generated podcast pages, transcripts and even the ability to repurpose written content into dynamic podcasts.
With multiple forms of content in different formats being created by different users, HubSpot also helps support solid standardisation across the board when it comes to your branding. This happens through the introduction of multiple brand voices, brand rules and even multi-language support, meaning that wherever your contacts are; your messaging remains the same.
Lastly, complimenting standardisation, is the need for customisation. For example, being able to manage memberships via the new member management app, crawling private blogs and controlling the overall branding, all makes for a more meaningful customer journey.
Summary
With the further developments on AI content generation, search engines are becoming over saturated with mass-produced content and a hubbub of noise that any prospects have to wade through. In April this year, HubSpot transformed CMS Hub into Content Hub to help content creators overcome this challenge and continues to roll out further improvements to help your content stand out amongst the crowd:
