HubSpot has streamlined workflows by enabling inline editing directly on association tables within record pages. Instead of navigating to different records to make updates, users can now edit associated records right from the table in the middle column of the record page. Simply click on the cell you want to update and make changes instantly. Real-time validation ensures that if a property value doesn't meet the necessary requirements, an error message will appear, and problematic rows will be highlighted to guide you back for quick correction.
Unmatched Insights: For a business properly utilising HubSpot's associations feature to its full potential, as well as adding custom cards to their middle column - this update will enhance user's workflow, as they don't need to enter another record to change properties but can do it from the record they are currently on. An update we didn't even know we needed!

Accurately identify your leads with the help of AI
AI-assisted engagement scoring allows marketers to combine their intuition with the precision of AI to identify top leads more effectively. By analysing past interactions with successful leads, the AI recommends criteria and point values for building a more accurate lead score, helping reduce bias. Although the AI provides insights, you remain in control, making final adjustments before activating the score. Setting up is simple—just choose the stages and timeframe, and the AI will evaluate your data to generate a custom score. This feature is currently available in a limited private beta for Marketing Enterprise users.
Unmatched Insights: Identifying key engagement indicators with AI will help sales and marketing teams focus on the most promising leads without relying solely on intuition or manual scoring methods, saving time to allow your teams to focus on high-conversion opportunities.

With HubSpot’s Workflows Conversion Reporting, users can now track conversion rates and performance data directly within the workflow editor. This feature empowers customers to better understand how each action in their workflows is contributing to their business outcomes. Key metrics like total enrollments, percentages reaching each end point, and performance across branch paths are visually overlaid on the workflow diagram itself. To activate, go to Automation > Workflows, choose a workflow, and enable performance tracking under View > Metrics.
Unmatched Insights: This is a fantastic update for those who are using workflows to send emails and other customer interactions that include lots of branches. To easily see the metrics of who is going down which branches will allow marketers to gain a better understanding of their workflows.

Quickly categorize your leads into high, medium, or low tiers!
HubSpot’s Lead Scoring now allows marketers to set thresholds for categorizing leads as High, Medium, or Low based on their score. This ensures clearer communication between Marketing and Sales about lead quality. The threshold values are saved as CRM properties, allowing you to use them in workflows, lists, and contact views.
Unmatched Insights: After implementing the score thresholds, our lead prioritization became much clearer. We could easily align on what constitutes a 'hot' lead, eliminating any confusion about the significance of a lead score.

Now manage different qualification processes with multiple pipelines!
HubSpot now supports multiple lead pipelines, allowing organizations with complex qualification processes to map out distinct motions in the CRM. While pipeline permissions aren’t yet available, reps can already filter leads by pipeline in the Prospecting Workspace, making it easier to track separate workflows.

Weight properties and activities taken by contacts and roll them up to a score on the company record
The new Company Health Score tool helps customer success teams easily assess customer engagement by rolling up key contact activities and properties into a weighted score displayed on the company record. This score helps teams spot trends, identify opportunities, and flag potential churn risks. Admins can customise thresholds for healthy, neutral, and at-risk customers, and decide how contact and company data contribute to the score. The health score is displayed on the company record and can be tracked over time to help teams stay proactive in managing customer relationships.
Unmatched Insights: Use the Company Health Score to gain a comprehensive view of customer engagement and identify high-value clients or potential churn risks more efficiently. By aggregating contact and company data into a single score, customer success teams can quickly assess customer health and work proactively.

Serving tickets to the right rep since 2024
HubSpot's new Skill-based Ticket Routing feature for Live Chat enables admins to match incoming customer inquiries with the most qualified agent to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. With this update, admins can set up custom rules based on ticket and customer data to route chats to teams or individual users who have the right skills. This is a big win for customer service efficiency and resolution speed, especially for businesses using Help Desk. You can find this update by navigating to the Routing page within your Live Chat chatflows and setting up rules to enhance your service.
Unmatched Insights: This will definitely be something we will introduce into our ticketing system. Spreading the workload and playing to everyone's skills sounds like an easy way to provide customers with a greater experience and faster turnaround.

⏳ How long ago? How soon? Now you’ll always know!
HubSpot has introduced the ability to display relative time for Date and Datetime properties in CRM records, giving users a clearer picture of how long it’s been since an event occurred or how soon an upcoming one is. This feature allows users to quickly assess the time since or until a specific date without needing to do manual calculations. Use cases include tracking how long since a customer interaction or how many days until a contract is due. You can find this option under the “How should this property appear in records?” setting when editing or creating a Date or DateTime property.

Simplify email domain changes for your entire team in one go!
Admins with super admin permissions can now bulk update user email domains, making it easier during company rebranding or acquisitions. This feature is found under the "Users & Teams" tab in Settings. Admins will go through a verification process, ensuring security before making changes across user accounts.

Protect your data and save time
While individual object exports have always been possible, this new feature enables a full backup of your CRM data in one go, offering peace of mind before launching new integrations, workflows, or imports. As a super admin, you can easily create a backup in Settings, ensuring you can restore your data if any unwanted changes occur. Backup files can be downloaded directly or via email.

This proactive approach allows teams to experiment with automations and integrations confidently, knowing that they can easily restore data. Lock down your logins 🔒
HubSpot admins can now control which login methods are available for their portal users. In the Account Management section, they can toggle options like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Password logins, ensuring the portal meets security preferences. Users impacted by changes will be notified via email and prompted to update their login method at the next login.
Unmatched Insights: For a larger business with a lot of users sometimes logging in can cause issues for many users which means admins spend more time resolving these issues. By forcing users to log in using a specific method can reduce friction in this process.
