How Conexus Group Unified Their HubSpot Operations Across Every Business Unit

Conexus Group were running multiple business units across three separate CRMs. Data was fragmented, reporting was inconsistent, and leadership had no single view of the business. We brought everything into one HubSpot environment and built the systems to keep it that way.

The Challenge: Three CRMs, No Single Source of Truth

Before working with Unmatched, Conexus Group were managing operations across Salesforce, Bullhorn, and Zoho. Each team had their own setup, which meant data was siloed, reporting was inconsistent, and decision-makers across the business had no reliable way to get a clear picture of what was happening.

Moving to HubSpot was the right call. Doing it without disrupting day-to-day operations was the challenge we were brought in to solve.

Our Approach

We worked closely with the Conexus team to map their requirements across all business units before a single setting was touched. From there, we handled the full CRM migration from Salesforce, built a structured integration with Bullhorn and Zoho, and configured HubSpot to support the way each team actually works.

Eight custom pipelines were built to reflect the different commercial models across the group, alongside automated internal referral workflows that allow teams to pass and track opportunities across business units. Bespoke dashboards and reporting structures were built for senior stakeholders, giving leadership the real-time visibility they had never previously had.
