How Hattons Solicitors Got a Fully Bespoke HubSpot Build Handling 10,000+ Leads a Day

Hattons Solicitors needed more than an out-of-the-box CRM. With hundreds of thousands of clients, millions of claims, and a complex web of third-party legal systems, they needed a bespoke HubSpot development that could handle serious scale. We designed and built it from the ground up, including custom apps, custom objects, and a full team onboarding programme for over 90 members of staff.

The Brief: A HubSpot Build Engineered for Complexity and Scale

Hattons Solicitors is a high-volume legal practice with a data model that standard CRM configurations simply could not accommodate. Their new system needed to accept incoming leads from multiple sources simultaneously, organise and manage those leads within HubSpot, and pass data in and out of third-party legal platforms including Gravitas and ProClaim.

With hundreds of thousands of clients and millions of claims to manage, the solution had to be scalable, reliable, and built specifically around how Hattons operate. They commissioned us to design and deliver the whole thing, from technical architecture through to team onboarding.

Our Approach

Before a single line of code was written or a setting touched in HubSpot, we worked with the Hattons team to fully map their processes across every department and data flow. This was a critical foundation step. Only once we had a complete picture of how leads moved through the business, how data needed to be structured, and where the integration points sat with third-party systems did we begin the build.

Three custom apps were designed and built to handle the integrations with Gravitas, ProClaim, and their data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring data moved between systems quickly, cleanly, and without manual intervention. HubSpot's default data model was not sufficient for a business with multiple product lines running at this volume, so we used their Enterprise subscription to build two additional custom objects to house and organise the data in a way that made sense for every team using the platform.

Once the system was live and stable, we delivered bespoke onboarding workshops across the entire organisation, with department-specific training tailored to the way each team would actually use HubSpot day to day.
